1. Who we are
This website is operated by FOOTPRINT TRADING POST ("After Nine", "we", "us"). Our registered address is 288 1st Ave W, Vancouver, BC V5Y 0E9, Canada. You can reach us at support@afternine.store, or through our Contact page.
By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
We try to show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens. Measurements in our size guide are body measurements, not garment measurements, and there may be small variations between individual items.
Our products are ordinary clothing. They are not medical devices, they are not a treatment for any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have had a caesarean section, complications, or any concern about your recovery, please speak to your doctor or midwife before wearing compression clothing.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot accept your order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly, we will tell you and refund you in full.
5. Shipping and returns

6. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes cannot be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time before your order is placed.
7. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account.
8. Content on this site
All text, photographs, designs and branding on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
If you send us a review, a photograph or feedback, you give us permission to use it in our marketing. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us at support@afternine.store, or through our Contact page.
9. Acceptable use
Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to collect data from it automatically.
10. Reviews and third-party content
Where we publish customer reviews, they are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not statements by us. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
11. Disclaimers and limits
We provide this site and our products with reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows, we do not give any other warranty.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.
