Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally yet.

Cost

  • $6.99 flat rate.
  • Free on orders of $40 or more.

Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.

If we cannot dispatch your order within that time, we will email you with a new estimate. You can choose to wait, or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6 to 9 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier delays and public holidays can add time.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at support@afternine.store, or through our Contact page, and we will chase the carrier for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

We can only send your order where you tell us to send it. Please check your address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at support@afternine.store, or through our Contact page. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually correct it.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you. You can have it resent for the cost of postage, or take a refund for the product.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, please wait 48 hours, then check with your neighbours and your building's mail room. If it still has not appeared, contact us at support@afternine.store, or through our Contact page, and we will sort it out.

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo at support@afternine.store within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Returns

Our Refund policy explains our 45-day promise, including free size exchanges and refunds for underwear with nothing to send back, and how to cancel or change an order before it ships.
