We are opening membership to early customers who are willing to try After Nine and tell us honestly what worked and what did not. Positive, neutral, and negative feedback are all welcome. Founding Members help shape what we make next and receive ongoing benefits while the program and their membership remain active.

- Try the product, then complete the private feedback form.
- We review your order and feedback and email you our decision within 3 to 5 business days.

A public review is always optional and is never required for Founding Membership. Your private feedback is what qualifies you, and it is never published.
Eligibility and exclusions
Founding Membership is limited to 100 members. Spots are filled in the order applications are approved, and enrollment closes when all 100 are filled or when a closing notice is posted on this page.
A qualifying order contains at least two eligible items purchased together during the event, which begins October 5, 2026. Orders placed before that date also count. Two units of the same eligible product count unless its product page states otherwise.
Every After Nine product counts as an eligible item. Gift cards, taxes, and shipping charges do not count toward the two item requirement.
Benefits begin only after verification and apply to future eligible orders. The qualifying order is not discounted retroactively.
Free standard shipping applies to future member orders sent to an eligible United States address.
The 15% member discount does not stack with another product discount, order discount, promotion, bundle offer, or sale price.
A public review is optional. Your rating or opinion, whether positive, neutral, or negative, does not affect eligibility.

We email you a link once your order is delivered, so you have the product in hand before you share feedback. If your order shows as delivered and the email has not arrived within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

No. A public review is always optional. The private feedback form is what qualifies you, and it is never published.
When does membership begin?
Membership begins when we confirm it by email. We review your order and private feedback and send our decision within 3 to 5 business days after your feedback arrives. Applying does not activate membership or reserve a spot. The 100 spots are filled in the order applications are approved.
Can 15% combine with a sale?
No. The member discount does not stack with another product discount, order discount, promotion, bundle offer, or sale price. When Shopify permits a choice, the most favourable single eligible discount shown at checkout applies.
Which orders receive free standard shipping?
Free standard shipping applies to future member orders sent to an eligible United States address. Faster delivery, international addresses, remote destinations, and special delivery services can carry charges. The checkout shows the available method and any charge before payment.
What if I return part of my qualifying order?
Our 45 day promise, counted from your order date, applies to every order. If a refund brings your qualifying order below two items before your membership is activated, your application may no longer be eligible. If you request a refund for your qualifying order after your membership is activated, your membership may end.
Is membership transferable?
No. Founding Membership belongs to the customer who placed the qualifying order and cannot be transferred or shared.
How will I know membership is active?
You will receive an email from After Nine within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your private feedback, letting you know whether your membership is active.
Does the discount apply to my qualifying order?
No. Benefits begin after your membership is verified and activated, so they apply to future eligible purchases.
Do I have to receive marketing emails?
No. Promotional emails are optional. You may unsubscribe without ending your membership. We may still send emails needed to verify or administer your membership.
